Massage Therapy
Licensed massage therapist and owner Tina Kreifeldt draws on her mastery of multiple disciplines to custom-design a powerful, affordable massage for you each time you arrive. Book her up to 90-minutes at a time to revive tired muscles and spirit. The Holistic Health Spa features a variety of massage therapists, so you can find the perfect massage modality for you. Robes, refreshing eucalyptus towels, and spring water included.
On Call Pain Relief

Chair Massage
Created especially for people who work downtown, pop-up chair massage is available on the sidewalk in front of the Holistic Health Spa at 300 Main Street from 11 am – 2 pm most weekdays and during Market on Main all summer long. No appointment necessary. Rejuvenate sore shoulders, arms, and lower back to prevent repetitive movement injuries associated with deskwork.
Infrared Sauna
Feel the flu coming on? Sore after a workout? Dealing with chronic pain? Book an appointment in our state-of-the-art infrared sauna. While traditional saunas provide external heat, infrared works by heating your body from the inside out. Providing relief with no medications or side-effects, infrared treatments boost your immune system, detoxify sore muscles, help relieve fibromyalgia symptoms, and purify blood to treat kidney stones and colitis. Robes, cold eucalyptus towels, and spring water included.
